This physician and his staff are inordinately rude and uncooperative, which arew the most positive things I can say about this man. Early this year, he was disciplined by the Arizona Medical Board for a number of indescretions. He cfailed to provide patient records in a timely, collected fees for services not rendered and defrauded my insurance companies by falsifying the degree of services rendered. The Board found his mistakes were not random nor unintentional; instead they were chronic, systemic and likely intentional.\r

His skills are mediocre, he cheats insurers and patients and I can think of no reason to see this doctor when there are so many other fine ones practicing in Phoenix. My best advice is to avoid him at all costs!
