Review content:
Sushi Ko is a clean, friendly no nonsense place with the widest selections of fish I have seen in an Arizona sushi restaurant. The chefs are always happy to accommodate your taste and combination ideas. The kitchen turns out tasty tempura and delicious teriyaki. I have been following one of the chefs around the valley for the last ten years. When he settled on Sushi Ko as his place to work, I bought property in the neighborhood! Lunch time is a friendly gathering of locals and you will always be invited into the conversation. The servers are swift and precise. Dinners can be a social event at the sushi bar or more intimate in a booth or tatami room. Sushi Ko has beers, sakis and wines but no full bar. If you want to cruise the locals go somewhere else. If you want great Japanese food, eat here! You will leave satisfied and smiling!
Pros: The best selection of fresh tasty fish in the valley with a casual comfortable atmosphere.
