I had been diagnoised with fibromyalgia and carpal tunnel syndrome. I had chosen this place because it was close to home. This was my second time going for treatment when a serious incident happened. They were understaff, and the PTaid that was taking care of me shoved me into a room with 4 other patients. I had to dress in a storage room, and the PTaid nurse put me in a bicycle machine when thats not even what the doctor ordered! It gets worse! I waited for treatment for over 30 mins, and within the 10 mins that i was getting electro-therapy treatment, the machine malfunctions and shocks and burns the SH*T outta me. The PTAID took awhile to turn it off and I began screaming immediately. She didnt even bother checking up on me. The machine that was used didnt have a timer and she didn't ask once how i was doing. Because I was younger than all the other patients she probably thought my condition was less serious. She offered an ice pack in hoping that it'll sooth the burn, but seriously? an ice pack? is she a moron? Does she not know how to read a chart OR know what fibromyalgia is? COLD makes my condition worse. I left and now might have to file a lawsuit for malpractice. DONT GO HERE. Also the machines are broken, small rooms, and obviously the aids don't know what the hell theyre doing.
