Not only do they have an archaic policy that pickup trucks are not allowed in this complex at any time, this rule is brought up for vote routienly and is kept on the books by the tenants. This complex is populated with narrow minded people who feel it is appropriate to harrass anyone under the age of 50 years old. The are invasive and petty and treat rule abiding professional adults like hudlums. Some examples of the powertrips demonstrated by the HOA include ticketing your guests who are parked in visitor parking (for no reason) and delivering citations to the door for having a plant on the balcony.
