Dr Glazer is the BEST...... His staff leaves a lot to be desired. They act more like gate keepers then healthcare providers. You can not call to ask a general medical question. If you do the standard answer is you have to make an appointment to see the doctor. They will not give the doctors messages to have them call you. I understand respecting a doctors time but they should at least have someone who can relay a message or a nurse who can answer general health questions. Over the years I have referred several friends and family members to this practice and they have all had similar issues. Another issue is the wait time when you do have an appointment is excessive. If Dr Glazer ever leaves this practice there will be no reason to stay.
