Businiess name:  Peter's Sushi's Spot
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I was told that Peter's was a ""great spot for sushi"". It isn't. I was told that the staff was ""fun and a good time"". They're not. I was told that it was ""a little pricey"". Well, at least the people I spoke to got this one right. First off, Peter and his staff are from Korea- not Japan. The sushi rice was undercooked and was not properly flavored with vinegar. The fish was ok, but clearly not prepared properly. The soy sauce is served in oil flask, c'mon! There is no low sodium soy in the house. The servers were rushed in taking our orders and slow in delivering them- and the place was EMPTY. To be fair, there is a LOT of different and unique rolls that are made at Peter's, unfortunately the rolls are so busy that the true flavor of the fish cannot be enjoyed. If the previous reviewers really think that Peter's is good sushi, I just hope they find a way out of town to enjoy really good sushi. I wouldn't recommend Peter's to anyone and wouldn't trust the opinion of anyone who says that this gruel is ""the best"". Pros: Plenty of Parking Cons: Food, Service, Price
