If I could give this store a negative star I would. Not only is this place disorderly and unorganized, the customer service is not good enough for theives and robbers! I ordered my bridal shoes from this store as well as my mothers shoes and a flower girl dress. I was told my items would be in the store in a week and it would take them 1 day to dye the two pairs of shoes. Seven weeks later, there were still no items!!!! No one answered questions nor returned my calls. My shoes arrived the week before the wedding and then I was able to get my final fitting....what a stressful situation! They are all liars and even the owner will not tell you the truth. I paid in full, they cashed my check and never ordered my items until I drove down there to figure out what was going on. I would advise everyone to stay away!!!!!! I am so glad it was only shoes and I didn't order my dress through them.
Cons: terrible customer service, late orders, etc.
