Review content:
I scheduled an appt to have the smoke smell removed from my heat vents. A gentleman named Tony said no problem and he told me exactly what and how it would be done. The appt was set for 1 o'clock so I left early from work and waited for him. When he didn't show up I called his office and no one knew anything about my appt. Tony never showed up, never called! I called the next day to find out what happened. The phone rang about 10 times before someone picked up (apparently an answering service). I explained my situation to the man who answered my call. He told me that no one will be available until around noon so I left my name and number. A few minutes later Tony calls me unfortunately I am unavailable so he leaves me a voice mail. It said, ""this is Tony,sorry I didn't call you but my boss told me not to mess with that job, if you have any questions call me back."" I called Tony back within 2 minutes and low and behold he's not there! This is by far the worst customer service experienced I've ever had. I only wish I could have recommended a half star!
