Review content:
These people are liars and thieves. They took my money to replace (what they said was) a bad hard drive in an iMac with a new one and give me back the old one. When I took it to another service to recover the files from the original hard drive, that service informed me that the seal on the iMac had never been been opened. They never replaced a hard drive because it wasn't bad to begin with. They reformatted the original drive in the computer and erased all my files and gave me back a water damaged hard drive from 2003 to make it look like they were returning the old one. They would not answer any emails or return any phone calls after that. These are bad characters.
