I had a rude driver that was in a rush and yelled at me the whole ride and when it was time for me to exit the car, I was grabbing my crutches and still gathering my things and he peeled off with the door open and everything. A man ran over to see if I was ok. When I called to complain they said it was my word against his and he told them I yelled and swore at him the whole time. Stupid me, I didn't think to get the witnesses name. My cell phone was still in the car when he peeled off and they wouldn't replace it. When I called to complain, got passed around over the phone to at least 5 different people and then finally left a message on a voicemail. I used that cab company again after that and was told by other drivers that that particular driver had several complaints filed against but was never disciplined. Also had a driver who did 40 in a 55. He's slow as molasis and won't speed up for nothing.
