Review content:
I called today at 4:15 for a taxi pickup. After I spelled my street name three times, they told me a cab would pick me up in 5-20 minutes. \r
At 4:45, they gave me an ETA of 5 minutes. \r
At 5:00, I called again and said I was concerned that the driver needed directions. They wouldn't contact the driver; just told me that he should be there any minute.\r
At 5:15, the driver FINALLY showed up and said he had been driving around for the past 15 minutes. I asked why he didn't call the dispatcher and ask them to call me and he just bumbled and mumbled and had no answer.\r

Then, 30 minutes later, the driver shows up at my door again, saying that the dispatcher told him I had called back and ordered a cab again. What a laugh! No way am I EVER ordering another ride from this company.\r

Cons: Driver was smoking in the car with windows closed.
