Review content:
Wen't to this store to obtain an item that another store had run out of. It was priced higher at this store. I found out that the other store was matching Fleet Farm. As he stood under the sign that advertised their 111% price match policy the manager said they wouldn't match another Menards because it was too far away. And that I should try another store.
Instead I went to Amazon and their hardware affiliate matched to the other Menards without any problems.
Clearly management could have made me happy, they just chose to be short sighted and alienate me.
I now look at Home Depot, Fleet Farm, Ace and Sears before I go to any Menards.
Cons: Poorly Managed, Lousy service, short sighted
