I can sum up this guy and Co with one simple word: LIARS... Don't be fooled by the good reviews... They are writing them themselves or hired help to put a nice facade. Under the family name persona lurks a cheat a liar and a thief. Read the negative reviews and avoid a SCAM. These guys are not professional. How on earth are they still in business. I just reported them to the better business bureau for lying. They pry on innocent stranded few to make a quick buck. They do not use any care to get your belongings covered and certainly break half of your stuff.
They insisted on getting payed via cash to evade taxes or stopped checks from their careless handling. Pure trashy company, staff, and owner. Save yourself a heart ache and RUN!!!!!!! Family guy my a$$.
