WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! WE USED THEM FOR A CONCERT IN DET. DRIVER WAS 30 MINUTES LATE PICKING US UP. HAD NO IDEA WHERE FORD FIELD WAS, OR WHERE WE WERE GOING. DIRTY COOLERS IN THE LIMO, AND WOULDNT LET US USE OUR OWN COOLERS. THEN AFTER THE CONCERT COULDNT FIND US, SO WE HAD TO WALK FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES TO FIND HIM. AFTER WE FOUND HIM DEMANDED WE PAY HIM IN FULL, WHICH WE DID. THEN 15 MINUTES INTO THE DRIVE HOME, WANTED US TO PREPAY FOR ANOTHER 3 HOURS, $150. WHICH IT WOULDNT TAKE US THAT LONG TO GET HOME. WHEN WE REFUSED, HE PULLED US OVER IN THE GHETTO IN DETROIT, AND LOCKED IN THE LIMO, AND TOLD US WE NEEDED TO GET THE MONEY TO HIM RIGHT AWAY. SO WE PHONED THE POLICE AND HE WENT CRAZY ON US AND STARTED SCREAMING AND WE DEMANDED HE TAKE US TO THE POLICE STATION. THEN LEFT US THERE TO FIND OUR OWN RIDE HOME. ALL THE WHILE THIS IS HAPPENING THE OWNER IS CALLING AND SCREAMING AT US TELLING US TO GET ANOTHER $150 TO THE DRIVER, FOR OVERAGES THAT HAVENT EVEN HAPPENED YET. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
