Review content:
Larco's has been a really good restaurant we have enjoyed for years. However, my latest experience I found offensive. I have become quite impatient with a lack of customer focus and this experience is just another example. The ""management"" has decided not to put salt and pepper on the table. I mentioned to the server I thought this was a bad thing and to please pass this on to the decision maker -- he said he wants to keep his job so he's not going to say anything. CRAZY!! -- And how could an employee be afraid to tell management what a customer thinks??? SCARY! What is going on ??? After asking, we did eventually get 1 salt shaker for a large party. It's like I was asking for illegal contraband! Do they get offended when a customer wants salt?? The way I see it, they have lost the important focus, it's suppose to be what the CUSTOMER wants --not what they think the customer should have. With all the great chop houses in this area, I am boycotting this restaurant- they need to change this STUPID little policy.
