Review content:
Review begins below...\r \r The waiter then on his own looked at my wife?s meat and said, ?that?s too well done, we?ll send another.? The same was said to another member of our party. Her?s quickly came out, my wife?s did not. The next time we saw our waiter, he informed us that his manager said we said everything was ?ok.? This was certainly not the case. As everyone else was done with their meal by this point, the waiter offered to package the replacement steak. \r \r We again confronted the manager about this and were told that it was a miscommunication and he walked away. \r \r When the bill came the manager informed us that the cost for my wife?s meal would be removed. (Total bill still being over $400.) We then had three Entertainment Book coupons for $10 off each. The fine print on the coupons states that one coupon can be used per couple for a maximum of 3 coupons, so long as the bill total is over $120. The manager quickly took the coupons and told us that ?we can take two of them and you can have back all three to use again.? I questioned why only two. ?That is what we can do.? I insisted that all three be taken, and ultimately three were taken off the bill. \r \r With so many other choices for fine dining in our area, I can not see any reason to return to Larcos.\r Pros: Friendly wait-staff. Cons: Rude management. Disappointing meal.
