Review content:
PLEASE READ: I have been a patient of Dr. Stuart Fischbein for eight years so when\r I read the testimonials below, I did some research on the matter.\r The testimonials are sensationalized and contain mostly false accusations. Clearly\r just another sad case of some money grubbing #%!*# trying to get something for nothing.\r If you take the time to actually read the link posted below you will find that \r there is NO evidence that Dr. Fischbein 'makes too many sexual advances'. In fact,\r you will find that he NEVER has. Allow me to summarize the 33 pages of court papers:\r \r The only mistake Dr. Fischbein made was falling in love with a patient. The end.\r \r In 2005, the good Dr. was going through a rough patch emotionally and physically, he was newly \r divorced, meets a patient, treats her, performs surgery, they become attracted to one another during her recovery period, she breaks up with her boyfriend, SHE makes the first sexual advance by inviting him to her house and on two occasions they have 'gentle' intercourse because, after 3 weeks, she is still recovering, then she reconciles with her boyfriend and Dr. agrees to not contact her again. Then she takes him to court for 'neglect' because they had intercourse before a standard 4-6 week waiting period after surgery. \r \r TALK ABOUT A SETUP!!\r \r Yes he was convicted of violating Business and Professions Code sec. 729. \r Translation: They had consensual intercourse and she told on him.\r He is complying with all of the probation period requirements, The Medical Board is \r NOT CONSIDERING revoking his license and my last office visit in November was just as \r great as they've always been.\r In the document you will also find testimonies of patients and colleagues who \r have known him for as many as 25 years. They describe him as 'professional, warm, \r caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, honorable, empathetic and as having the utmost \r competence'. And I am in absolute agreement.\r \r Shame on you FemalePatient36. Pros: Time Magazine has written superb articles about him, he's professional, compassionate and knowledgeable Cons: He is so well-known and reputable that it's difficult sometimes getting an appt.
