Review content:
Customer service has always been below average as the cashier who is of Latino decent appears to be unhappy and unpleasant at all times. However, one particular day I dropped several items off for dry cleaning and advised the cashier that I had a coupon. I was then advised that it would be necessary for me to have the coupon on hand for pick up. When I returned for pick-up I was advised that the coupon was only redeemable when items are dropped off with show of the coupon. I advised the cashier that this was not explained to me and I would hate to ruin the customer relationship. The cashier advised that rules are rules and the coupon discount would not be granted. I've only been in the area for approximately two months and have already spent a large amount of money and this company has now lost a valued customer over a $5.00 coupon. You do the math better to offer a discount of $5.00 and gain hundreds of dollars and a valued customer, or loss hundreds of dollars over a $5.00 discount!!?? \r \r A side note since I am on here a customer weeks ago failed to receive great customer service as a shirt he dropped off with all buttons appeared missing when he picked it up. Needless to say the customer service here is worthless as well as quality of services.
