Review content:
Cleaners did not speak good English, did not understand my request for cleaning. One was hard worker, the other one spent 20% of her time on phone or watching the other one work. Local customer service was nice. Owner Rick was hands down the biggest jerk in business. He was patronizing and got personal. When told one maid wasnt working hard, he asked, verbatim: ""What... are they not running up and down the stairs for you? Are they not jumping up and down for you?"" and that was the tip of the iceberg as he challenged every detail I reported about them. I was more than willing to pay extra for more work, but I kicked them out due to their slow pace and principle. No one should give a penny to this crass wanna-be business man. A character is judged on how they respond when things are not going well, not when everything is perfect.?
