Review content:
When I went there this for the first time I had a horrific time and it got worst when I paid the bill. The reason I went there is because I had a coupon from the Entertainment book for matching free games up to 4. I hate to pay the bill without the coupon because the price paid was more than double I am used to at other lanes….over $40! Employees at this “establishment” (and I use that term loosely) used vulgar language at me when I inquired about the bill. The employee questioned my intelligence and told me “ If you don't like it don't come back.” The Pizza at 7-11, that sat out overnight, taste better than theirs. They hire ""special"" employees there at Severna Park Lanes; it’s good to see Corky from life goes on get a job in these hard economic times. It’s too bad that he scares the bejesus out of the little kids. The last time I had such poor customer service was 3 years ago at a Circuit city. It took a year to resolve in my flavor and we all know where Circuit city is now. You’re ten times more likely to tell about a bad customer service experience then a good one. Why don’t they first apologize and try to resolve this dreadful experience I had at Severna Park Lanes. I know this will not come effortlessly. The only verdict is vengeance, a vendetta, held as a votive not in vain. This not the only forum I have enlighten others on the experience they will encounter at Severna Park Lanes. I heard, from my friend Ernie, about a money laundering scam too. It turns out the police have been doing surveillance there for awhile. They are building a case up a pretty tight case. So if you want to support base dealers, call girls, terrorists, child slavery, crime, the mob, and all things unholy please go ahead bowl at Severna Park Lanes, were families come second only to greed.\r Pros: ""Pros"" work there Cons: terrorists, child slavery, and all things unholy
