I informed them that the unit was not working properly. I let the tech know that I had a three zone system and zone three was not cooling. \r

He found the problem quickly and he let us know what was wrong and how it can be repaired. He gave us a decent quote on the repair. He returned within the hour and fixed the problem and also conducted the tune up. \r
