Review content:
I experienced the Pour House for the first and last time this past weekend. Business ethics are not a high priority for this establishment. I was sharing a table with 8 friends and excused myself twice from the table in order to use the restroom. Both times when I returned back to my seat my full drink had been removed. When I asked the server if she had cleared my full beverage that I was not finished with she simply replied ?If there is a problem you can go speak with the Manager.? When contacting the manager he informed me that another restaurant patron must have stolen my beverage from the table on both occasions. From a business perspective this is a brilliant move, hopefully the guest does not notice their drinks are being removed and they will continue purchasing $10 beverages for the rest of the evening; from a service/ethics perspective ?Pour Showing.?
Pros: There are none
Cons: Service was terrible
