Review content:
This shelter is the worse run shelter in that they hire ""case managers"" with little or NO degree in anything remotely close to the job at hand. They hire inexperienced ""trainees"" that are given responsibilities such as dispensing medication (that is not legal if you are not certified, this is not done in your local pharmacy, people just can't get jobs dispensing prescription medications so what makes these people any different), often times the women's medications are messed up and missing, they administer urine tests and the results are misread resulting in the ""restriction"" of a ""guest"", this simply means you are thrown out on the streets. This shelter should be shut down for the mistreatment of the women, they are stripped of their dignity and treated like children. I will be pleaing to the City of Waltham as well as the state.
