Stayed here for a little while. This "gated" community is not really all that safe because the walk-in gates are open all day and in one day I saw 4 cars follow others through the car gate. Also you don't have to use your card to get through the exit, so someone could easily walk in, steal your car, and drive it out. The few security cameras in the parking lot only look over the manager's parking space. Our apartment looked clean, but when I walked around in socks they were almost black just from the carpet! I didn't like how the window screens were on the outside of the window- very unsafe to me. The biggest thing to me was that the price quoted to me over the phone and e-mail was raised when I went to move in- not good tactics.
