If you are looking for a place to live this is not the best choice. No one is in the office during office hours, maintance is a complete joke.I am a current resident and hate to live here. During the 5 winter months I have lived here my A/C has been serviced 4 times. My refrigerater replaced twice and toilet only worked for 2 months. Just trying to report a problem and have the office respond takes weeks. MOLD IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM IN MOST UNITS!!!! But the grounds are beautiful only in the center courtyard, anywhere else is no where near kept up. Communication between the office staff (1 person who works 2 other jobs) and the residents is also lacking. The price is awesome but if you like living in a ... well dump this is the place for you.\r
