I hired Syd Highley's Daily Balance Co. in 2005 to handle monthly bookkeeping and quarterly financial statements for my retail store and it was one of the best business decisions I have ever made. We are in frequent communication with his excellent staff and all questions are resolved quickly. I meet with Syd quarterly to go over our financials and he continually exceeds my expectations. For example, we met today and he provided a 5 year analysis of our sales and expenses. I hadn't asked for it, but it is not unusual for Syd to go above and beyond. Syd is awesome!
Pros: Attentive, innovative, highly responsive.
