Review content:
Love the vets, Karma, and the new one helping Karma, Dr. Cunningham (I think). They are very helpful and nice. The wait time is always extremely long. Even when you have an appointment. The front desk staff is rude and don't seem to like their jobs too much. They take too long to check people in and to collect the money after an appt. is finished. They are short with the clients and rude on the phone. I think they could use a few classes in client friendliness and human relations. They need to realize we are there because we are concerned for our pet, not to piss them off. I think the girl with the long hair (the thin one) at the desk is extremely rude. She needs to be fired !!
