Review content:
Banc Tec is the company resposible for warranty repair on Dell computers. Our hard drive crashed and we called Bcanc Tec, outsourced to India, and we were promised a phone call back within an hour. This went on for over a week, mind you I had extended our warranty to include ""Next Day Service"". After spending many hours on the phone with someone in India that we could barely understand, I finally went back to Dell and got someone who helped me track down the local office for Banc Tec. Once I was able to make contact with someone locally, we had our new hard drive delivered and installed. The disrict manager for Banc TEC, Bob Martinez needs to resign or be fired!!! I only hope we never need any more warranty repair work. So be warned, if you ever need repair work, call the 916-631-0678 number and by pass India altogether.
