My wife and I spent $200 on a vacuum last year making sure to get exactly what we wanted. I bought the warranty and everything (which I rarely do, because normally they are a waste of money). The vacuum started to make noises like it was about to launch. \r \r I took it back to this store and waited in one line, then at the end of that line was moved over to another so the ""geek squad"" could look at it. I did not move in this line for 30 minutes! I got frustrated and went back to the other line and that one didn't move for another 10! I got out of this line, went to the front of the store and told the guy I was leaving the vacuum with him, left him my business card with my cell phone # on it and told him to have them call me when it was ready. I hate Best Buy.
