This company was requested to give a estimate on a new garage door. My wife was home to received this quote instead she was charge for a service call 89 dollars. This is a disgrace!!!!!
I only wish I had been home to tell your company to get off my property.When I called to complain about the tech taking advantage of my wife. I received a call from the tech he tried to say that he thought it was a service call and he needed to be paid for his time. This is outrageous!!! He did nothing to get 89 dollars. When I ask why his quote is double the cost of the other free quote I received. He had no answer. I have no quote for a new door only for fixing the door.
Your company principle is a joke.
Be Dependable--- never heard back from a manager about this situation
Respect every individual- Your tech took advantage of woman because she was woman and black
Customer Service comes first- Never heard back from a Manager about this issue
Honest Communication- I never got a complete quote for the 89 dollars
Establish Trust- Ripped us off
Pursue Excellent- No written quote for a new door a verbal quote for a new doors
Take Ownership- Never heard back
Solve a problem Never heard back
Be resulted oriented- Joke!!!!
