Much thanks to the staff at R-W for the recent installation of my parents' garage doors. Ken and Brett were very helpful and patient in helping us understand the nuances of garage door technology and gave us a great deal that ultimately convinced us to go ahead with R-W over the competition. Persistence paid off.
I want to especially thank Hilario and Louis for their exceptional work this past Saturday. Not only were they professional, they were very personable, and their quality of work and attention to detail are a testament to the company's longstanding tradition of great customer service and quality work.
