I was interested specifically in carriage style doors to replace my garage doors, and looked at three or four potential companies. After receiving estimates, testimonials, and pictures of former jobs from them all, I ultimately chose R W Garage Doors. Not only were they in the right ball park price wise, but they also had done carriage doors previously for a number of clients. They were local, too, which I advocate when I can.
From the time I committed, it took only three weeks to have to doors ready, and they were custom, hand-crafted wooden carriage doors. Three days after they were ready, R W were out to install them, so the entire process took only one month.
The salesman who came out to the house initially was very personal and friendly, not to mention trusting and professional. The installers were nice guys, too. I had very high expectations going into this project, and I must say that R W exceeded them. These doors really set off the look of my home. I'd say they brought my house from an 8 to a 9.5 in terms of curb appeal. I'm well pleased.
