In the course of my garage door purchase and installation I worked with Ken Traxler, Senior Sales Rep,. Brian and Janelle in the office, Abraham, installer, and Christian, Master Technician. Everyone was super polite and committed to excellence in customer service and in their products. RW Garage went above the call of duty because they had to work around a vehicle stored in my garage - which they did by arranging for a two-man team of installers at no extra charge. Abraham and Christian both took time to talk me through maintance procedures and give me tips to extend the life of my door and motor.I did some cost comparisons before making the purchase from GW and I feel I saved about $300. The warranties on their service, the steel door and motor are excellent. I love me new steel door and couldn't be happier.
