On June 4th 2008, I bought an item and on June 18th 2008 I tried to return this unopened item. The older bald guy told me that he couldn't give me a refund becasuse I bought it at 1:00pm on the 4th and it was now 1:30pm on the 18th... my 14 day return limit expired by 30 minutes!!! I thought he was kidding and when he asked me if I wanted store credit, I said no, I wanted a full refund. He told me I could leave the store then. After 5 mins of arguing with him he then told me that he would give me a refund - 10% (restocking fee). I told him that I would place the returned item on the shelf myself and that I wanted a full refund. It took me 15 more mins of arguing with him before he finally gave in and gave me a full refund.\r BUYER BEWARE!!! Do yourself a favor and shop at Ace Hardward Downtown (18th and I St.) or Home Depot (Folsom & Power Inn)
