They requested an up-front payment of $800, and promised to start the job within the week. We foolishly agreed, based on positive reviews. That was over a month ago - they've disappeared with our money, never even started the work, don't return our calls, one of the numbers has been disconnected, and the office at 1 Barney Road has been vacated. If you are able to reach them, DON'T let them talk you into paying for anything in advance - and tell them we'll see them in Small Claims Court on December 15. Hilary Justino / Jo Dziuban
