I was asking for a refund or exchange for a food item that was not cooked properly and I was snapped at. and only until someone from the back (i assume) asked what was going on did the woman say I could exchange it for a drink.
Why is asking my money back for something that was not cooked a situation for being snappy and rude?
Their restaurant furniture was also falling apart and unclean.
