I got out of work on a Wednesday night & I started to drive & realized I had a flat tire. I knew that Colony Tire on Harrison was closed, but I thought I'd try & call them anyway. Much to my suprise they answered the phone. I explained I had a flat tire & was stranded at work & needed help. \r
I had been there for service the week before and had exceptional service from LJ, so that is why I called them. WIth LJ being out, I thought there was no way they'd send anyone, but they did! Jon & Randy sent Mario who was so nice, he changed my tire & took my damaged tire back with him. I went the next day and got my new tire & just raved to them how awesome I thought they were for helping me the night before. I came home, posted on Facebook, how I couldn't believe after hours they helped me. Any other place would have either said ""Sorry we're closed"" or not answered the phone. I was so grateful for the help. IT didn't cost me an arm and a leg to get a new tire & I have continued to go back and will continue to go back. I have told my coworkers so some of them use this Colony Tire now too! They go above a beyond to help their customers & keep their customers! I will always use them not just for tires, for everything. I found out that I had been over charged by at least $100.00 somewhere else for my new brakes before I had started using this Colony Tire, and when I need back brakes, they will get my business because they are so honest. If you are looking for a good place to have your car worked on, especially if you are a woman, that you won't be taken advantage of, Go to Colony Tire on Harrison in Cary.
