In today's economy, I'm trying to keep my two older cars going. I used to take them to another national chain in Cary....always the same location....must have spent $10k+ there on everything from electrical shorts to rebuilt transmissions. Despite my frequent patronage, I was usually treated with indifference....but when they tried to burn me on a inspection, saying I needed over $1000 in repairs (took it somewhere else and it passed), I said enough's enough and looked for another outfit. That's when I found Lynn ""LJ"" Jackson and his team at the Colony Tire on N. Harrison in Cary.
I have never received anything but the friendliest and most courteous service from these folks. They take the time to carefully listen to a description of the problem so they can fix it right, the first time. My repairs are always done on time and Lynn always manages to save me a few $ by shopping around and getting me the best possible prices on replacement parts. Not once has anyone tried to sell me or my family unneeded repairs.
I am delighted with their service and plan to bring my cars there for many years.
