Review content:
I used to frequent this location a long time ago and so I have an unfortunate affinity for the location. However, the people must have changed. October 2008 I had a wheel bearing go out and brought it in. The people were friendly enough and the had a van service to run me to my home. I got a call later saying the bearing had welded itself into the hub and they had to replace that. That's plausible enough, but they also told me I had to get a wheel alignment (an extra 70 dollars). Fast forward to today, December 2009. I just had my other wheel bearing replaced at a different mechanic. They quoted me a price for the hub ahead of time (in case it was welded too) and it was much less than Colony. In addition, they told me it didn't make sense for me to have an alignment. So Colony took an extra 69.99 for no reason. I don't know if they even did the alignment or just counted the money. In addition, I asked Colony to place the old parts in my car when they were finished and they made a note of that request. Well, I was pulling out of the parking lot and there were no parts. I had to go back in and I got most of them. The mechanic was very nervous talking to me for some reason too, which makes sense knowing what I know today. In fact, the mechanic seemed like a very honest man, probably put in a bad position by management. Anyway, go somewhere else to get your car fixed. Avoid Colony Tire. Pros: Friendly Cons: Misleading, Overcharge
