Review content:
Have been to this shop twice in the past month, and both times was a Fiasco! The first time was just for an Oil and Filter service. To make a long story short, an employee ""walked through"" my 2007 Honda Odyssey Van, between the first and middle row seats, leaving very greasy foot prints on the carpet mats. I noticed this after I got home and immediately called to tell them what I had found. They vehemently denied that their people would do anything like that. But by the time I got back to the shop to show them, the employee had confessed (but still confused as to why he had walked through my Van ??? ....The second trip was to get the tires rotated. This time, upon washing the van the day after the tire rotation, I found a door-ding with dark blue paint embedded in it ! The same color paint as the lift that my Honda was raised up on in order to rotate the tires. Guess what....denied it again! Nope...sorry guys, you don't get three strikes! I'll never do business with Colony Tire again!
Pros: Friendly People, for the most part
Cons: Totally inept employess
