Review content:
We left our epileptic Rottie with them for 5 days, with clear instructions on his medication. When I picked him up, he was curled up in the corner & was lethargic. He is a very hyper, bouncy dog; he only lays down when sick. The girl gave me his box of supplies & I took him home. When I unpacked it at home, almost all his food was still there & they had only given him 2 out of the 12 pills he was due. We called & the owner was very dismissive of our concerns & offered to give us a credit for free boarding in the future. As if I would ever return! She changed her story several times over the next day as to what happened & became very aggressive and confrontational. She accused us of lying & trying to scam her. What a crack pot! She did give me a full refund amidst much cussing on everyone's part.
