we had a job done from this company, my friend heard on the radio quite often, so I thought it was the best, professional people to deal with, boy I was wrong!. In the beginning the owner wanted the work so bad and even convinced us to have the other part of the house done also (masonry job). But then again, as soon as we sign up and say yes (no contract paper work signed by the way), the owner keep procrastinating that they are going to show up that day, then the day came, they never showed up, and we never heard from them again, until we have decided we don't want anymore job done by them, then he calls back and say that they are going to come the next day or that week. And even that day that they are supposed to show up, there was something wrong with their machine or whatever that was then again it was postponed. (What's up with the unprofessional manner?) When a business company want your business, they should do anything they could to make the customer happy. Then, after the job was done, he had his employee called me for the payment, he can't even call me about it. He told me in the beginning they accept credit cards, but for some reason when I wanted to pay using credit card they didn't do it. Whatever that was, so I just paid it through check in full, that way I don't have to deal with them again. They're just very unprofessional... I was going to have them do the rest of the house that needs to be done, but not after how they deal with us. I don;t wanna have something to do with this company even in the future.
