If you have a party of more than 4 people, they'll charge you 20% gratuity, which is quite acceptable. BUT WATCH OUT! since you already have to pay the 20% gratuity, they won't do anything to ""earn"" the tips. I.e., the waitress will come over asking your drink, then order food, then deliver food, then give you a check. That's it.....Nothing else....Not even refilling your sweet tea! The food is terrible, too. I eat Japanese food all the time...This restaurant is no where near authentic, nor does it tastes anything near ""just OK""! If you got too much money and too much time to spent, and want to practice some anger management, this is the right place to go though.
