I used to think Hendrick was a good dealership until today. They were very pushy and when I found the car I wanted at another dealership they got. very nasty about it. The manager saw us leaving and actually followed us outside to yell that if we left the deal was off. I was more than willing to give them a shot and told the salesman thatif they had the car I wanted and could meet or beatbthe other dealership I would buy from them. When he could not locate the car he proceeded to tell me what options I needed and did not need on my new vehicle. He got very upset when I told him that for just a few dollars more I could have the additional options and it just made more sense. We proceeded to leave and en route ton the other dealership, Hendrick falsely submitted our credit app sonthat GMC would deny us so that the other dealership would not getbthe sale and we would not get the car. Unbelievable. We will not be bringing anyof our business to Hendrick again.
