I walked into this store for the first time on the advice of my esthetician. I had no clue where to start. I was looking for skin care products I noticed signs that led you to products that were natural, and headed there. I had not expected to stop in here and was dressed down to put it politely. The staff still did not judge me but were very helpful. They sat me down and demonstrated products they recommended on my skin. I have a wheat allergy and they called the manufacture to be certain there were no wheat products used. They did not push me to buy all full size products, but showed me a sample kit to get me started. In short, the products work wonders (I bought Caudalie) and the store is a must visit.
