This store has horrible merchandise and customer service. I will never shop here again and I will tell all of my friends about the terrible experience I had with them.
I thought I got a great deal on some cute dresses, but I hand washed them in cold water and hung them out to dry only to find that they had shrunk so much I couldn't wear them again. I tried to return these dresses to Forever 21, explaining to them what had happened but they refused to give me a refund or even store credit because I had worn the dresses. I called customer service and they just repeated what the store had told me. Basically, the only way you could wear their merchandise more than once is if you never wash it. I will not waste my money at such a terrible store ever again.
