Too bad you can't rate these guys a zero, because that's what they are good for! Stephen, the owner, is an absolute crook. Talk about invoice happy. We once received a bill from them for a phone call. When Stephen came by for a service call he brings some new flunkee to train while he is on a service call at a rate of $125/hour! For that money, he should be dancing around our office singing while he's making the migration, not training someone on our dime. Another example of unprofessionalism and poor service: he sent us a statement of account one day, we requested the invoices on the account because they were never received, then he says ""he isn't playing games"" and proceeds to suspend our email exchange accounts and website after business hours that day. If you are looking for reliable service, LOOK ELSEWHERE. We experienced several days of complete downtime in our email, as their contracted hosts do not have proper infrastructure in place for redundant power in their data centers. Cybernut outsources all of their services (which are intermittent at best) to third parties. They are complete resellers. These guys are good for nothing! The overall service we received was ridiculously poor. We put off switching to another host for years out of dread for an unfriendly migration away from their service. What do you know, Stephen refused to properly transfer our domain when we did switch to a new host. If you sign up for any on-going services with these guys, be prepared for a headache if you ever switch. Stephen will do everything he can to make it uncomfortable and difficult. Thankfully GoDaddy operates under the letter of the law and employed a ""cease and desist"" method of transferring our domain. BUYERS BEWARE, THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!!!\r
