A local secret!!!\r
From the outside, La Fogata- is a mom and pop, hole in the wall. However if you are up for incredible-authentic mexican food and wonderful service, you have to try this restaurant. My husband and I moved here from Las Vegas, NV. OF course, we have the real deal out that way. We tried EVERY restaurant in town. Little did we know, our answer was only a mile down the road!!! Like New Yorker are fussy about their pizza, us “LAS VEGANS” are fussy about our mexican!!! When you arrive, you chose your seating you are greeted by a very friendly family member from Brasil, who brings you FRESH HOMEMADE tortilla chips and salsa that beats out all the other restaurants!!! The menu is very reasonable. They offer lunch specials, dinner specials and they also offer a childrens menu. They do have liquor options as well, cant beat having a margarita with dinner!!! Now- My husband try to order variety everytime we go. Our personal 2 favorites that TOTALLY beat out even VEGAS, is the (cheese) chile rellenos ( OMG THE SAUCE IS TO DIE FOR!!) and chicken tortilla soup. My husband enjoys the chimichangas and I love the basics of course, my hard chicken tacos. Seriously, I have NOT figured out what they do to that chicken yet- it is mouthwatering, savory and tender, the hard tacos are made fresh and you can get whatever you want on them… \r

I would love to see this place grow into what it DESERVES to be. You cant cook food like this, where you can literally taste the love that comes from that little kitchen and keep it a secret!!!\r

Needless to say, my hubby and I are now dining there at least 2x a week. We are addicted!!!!\r

PS: if there isnt parking in front off the road, there is a full parking lot with an entrance behind the building!!! HAPPY DINING!\r
