The sold me a Zuca Sport bag, claiming that it is 100% a carry on bag (Neil even mentioned they had a company meeting in which it was confirmed that the Zuca Sport is a carry on). I bougt it ($157.69) and took a SouthWest flight the next day. THE BAG WOULD NOT FIT IN ANY OF THE PLANE'S BINS. After my trip, I went on the Zuca Website and it clearly states that the Zuca Sport is not meant to be a carry on!\r

When I called to tell them that they had misinformed me, they used the ""F"" word. They are thugs. Please stay away!
