I've been a fan of wings since forever. In the beginning I was frustrated with week buffalo wings that had little taste and no spice or kick. Then I discovered Texas Pete buffalo wing sauce while working at a small pizza joint and thought I'd found the best wings ever; I was ever so sadly mistaken. Later, while serving in the army, I came across Buffalo Wild Wings during my travels, a massive buffalo wing chain spanning the entire country and thought I'd found my mecca. They had over 20 flavors, something for every pallet.
It wasn't until just the other day that my girlfriend brought me into a little buffalo wing place just around the corner from when I recently moved to that I found my new home.
When you walk into Wings Your Way you're surrounded by colorful and spirited paraphernalia. Their slogans and sayings are written all over the walls, with such sayings as ""Let he without wings, cast the first bone"" to my personal favorite ""Eat Wings, Drink Beer, Be Happy"". Before I ordered I was treated to a sampling of their sauces. Unlike some restaurants who have the boring ""mild, medium, hot"" droll, never offering a discernible difference in taste, Wings Your Way's sauces each have a unique flavor. They have 17 sauces and 4 rubs. The Mango Habenera sauce actually has chunks of mango in it! The sauces aren't to thick or pasty and you can actually SEE and taste the ingredients in the sauce unlike others who are simply a glop of a different color with a random label telling you what its supposed to taste like.
In addition to their wings, Debra (the owner) doesn't skimp on anything on her menu. They buy and cook only the finest foods. all the ingredients are specially picked for quality and taste. You might spend an extra dollar for your meal, but to truly enjoy every bite makes it totally worth it.
I would write more but I'm really have a hankering for more Honey Buffalo Wings.
